The ultimate customized mountain ski and snowboard lessons in Jackson Hole! Our private lessons for adults, teens, and juniors (6+ years old) are a great way to learn the basics or hone your skills as your instructor tailors the session to meet your goals.

Lessons do not include: 
-Rentals** (Make sure to add rentals to your cart before checkout.  If you don't have ski/snowboard gear, you must reserve online. Online prices reflect the 20% off Rentals.) **Rentals typically go online the first week of October**

The products are divided by how many participants you will have in your group. If you are purchasing for more than one person, please write their names and ability types in the Comment Box at the time of purchase. There will be an email that will ask you for this information if you miss the Comment Box Section.

NOTE: If you are purchasing for more than one person and they are at different skiing / snowboard ability levels, we will be creating the lesson around the person with the lower ability.

First Time on Snow

Level 1 (Beginner)

• Skiers: Never skied before.

• Snowboarders: Never snowboarded before.

Green Zone (Beginner to Lower Intermediate)

Level 2 (Novice)

• Skiers: Can slide, slightly turn, and stop on easiest green runs.

• Snowboarders: Can slide, traverse both ways, and stop on easiest green runs.

Level 3 (Novice)

• Skiers: Can link basic turns and stop where intended on green runs.

• Snowboarders: Can control speed and stop confidently; starting to turn both directions.

Level 4 (Intermediate)

• Skiers: Smooth turns (wide or narrow) on all green runs; trying easiest blues.

• Snowboarders: Can link skidded turns on green runs.

Blue Zone (Intermediate to Advanced)

Level 5 (Intermediate)

• Skiers: Mostly parallel turns on most blue runs; starting to use poles; can hockey stop.

• Snowboarders: Confident on all greens; consistent turns on easy blue runs.

Level 6 (Intermediate)

• Skiers: Confident on all groomed blues; trying bumps and groomed black runs.

• Snowboarders: Riding most blues with varied turns; exploring switch, bumps, or freestyle.

Level 7 (Advanced)

• Skiers: Smooth parallel turns with pole plants on all blue and most black runs; handling varied terrain.

• Snowboarders: Confident on all blue and groomed black runs; riding bumps, trees, and park features.

Black/Expert Zone

Level 8 (Expert)

• Skiers: Confident turns (short, wide, carved) on all black runs; exploring double blacks.

• Snowboarders: Dynamic riding on all black runs, including steeps, trees, and powder.

Level 9 (Expert)

• Skiers: Rides the entire mountain in all conditions; focused on speed, control, and mastering challenges.

• Snowboarders: Confident on the entire mountain; refining advanced skills and tactics in all conditions.
