Good for all the open attractions that day. Some attractions will open on different dates. No refunds for unopened attractions.
Treetop: tickets apply to admission to the course for which you meet the requirements below. Those participating under the age of 11 will require a chaperone on the ground only.
Treetop participants cannot join family/friends mid-course, all participants must have their own ticket to climb and cannot switch tickets with family/friends.
You must be 12 years old or older to purchase this product. Please make an individual profile with first, and last names, and birthdays. If you are between the ages of 12-15, you will need an adult to go on the Ziptour and Treetop Adventures with you.
For hours of operation, please check our website for current times. When purchasing this product, you will be picking your time for the Zip Line tour, and we will schedule you for the Treetop Adventure upon arrival (typically 3 hours after the Zip Line tour starts). If you need a different time for the Treetop adventure, please call and reschedule the time. Zip Line EST time to complete is 2 hours; Treetop Adventure EST time to complete is 2-3 hours.
When should I show up for my scheduled Ziptour?
Please be at the Guest Service or any ticketed window 45 minutes prior to the scheduled Ziptour time!! Please note that the Ziptour meeting location is up a chairlift. Arrive at the mid-station zone of the chairlift (Rafferty) 30 minutes prior to the scheduled Ziptour time.
This will allow time for checking in / ticket printing / completion of waivers / bathroom break for the tour.
We typically start harnessing / gearing up for the tours 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time
To ensure that the Ziptour operates promptly, please be aware that the scheduled tour time is the time the tour leaves...This means if your scheduled time is 10am and you show up at 10am, that tour will be gone and there will be no refunds. We will do our best to reschedule if this happens, but there's no guarantee that we will get you on another tour.

The Ziptour requires a moderate to high degree of physical strength and stamina. The Ziptour is not recommended for guests who are or may be pregnant and those who have or may have heart conditions, high blood pressure, history of back, neck, or bone injuries, recent surgery, or any other current physical or mental illness.
- Participants must be at least 48" tall and not over 82" tall.
- Participants must weigh over 50lbs. and under 260lbs. (without supplied equipment).
- Participants must be at least 12 years old. Participants between the ages of 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to participate independently of the adult.
- Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED to participate.
- Participants will need two functioning arms and two functioning legs to ride on the Ziptour.
- Due to the physical demand and rigorous nature of our Ziptour, we are unable to accommodate any persons who may have medical conditions that require immediate attention, who have existing or recurring injuries, who have recently had major knee, back, or leg surgeries, or those with serious mental or physical handicaps or disorders that would not enable them to complete the mental and physical tasks that happen throughout the tour.
- Participants must also be able to interpret visual cues and auditory explanations before and while riding.
Please read the Treetop Requirements below:
You’ll harness up, clip in, and safely ride zip lines, shimmy over suspended bridges, scramble up nets, cross swinging logs, and even ride an aerial skateboard.
The Treetop Adventure involves traversing a series of obstacles that span between trees, wood poles, and wooden platforms. A total of 7 courses are marked and segregated based on their level of difficulty. This activity is physically challenging and is self-directed with general supervision from personnel on the ground.
Green, Blue, Red, Black, Orange Courses Requirements:
Ages 12+ must reach arms up to 5’11 (71″)
Weigh between 100 – 280 pounds (45-127 kilos)
Reach with feet flat on the ground and arms overhead 71″ /5’11”/ 180 cm
Children under 15 must be accompanied by one participating adult per three children
All participants must possess one functioning arm with grasping capabilities. The participant must also possess at least one fully functioning leg or part of two legs to be contained by the harness. Participants with prosthetics that possess these same capabilities must meet these requirements:
Be able to fit securely and remain in the harness at all times
Be able to ascend and descend up a 10-foot ladder without assistance
Safety Considerations:
Tie back long hair
Wear sturdy sports sandals/shoes/boots
Secure or leave behind all loose items such as clothing, jewelry, cameras, phones, and/or water bottles.
Treetop Adventure staff may deny any guest’s participation if they believe it is unsafe based on the manufacturer’s requirements. In this event, a full refund will be issued to that specific participant.
